The CSV Double Iris Interface (DIT®) system is an innovative device used for drum handling, containment and automation.
No more Bag In Bag Out procedure.
The DIT® system can be placed on both rigid and flexible isolators.
It is a cylindrical passage with an elastomer diaphragm at both ends. The double elastic barrier minimizes the contact surface from the drum and the contaminated chamber and automates the insertion and extraction operations.
A negative or a positive differential pressure can be obtained between the environments separated by the Double Iris passage.
DIT® flexible isolators are the result of combining two CSV products: the flexible isolator and the patented IRIS technology.
The isolator’ flexible walls, the continuous and the folded liners are manufactured by CSV in compliance with high quality standards.
DIT® technologynow boasts many applications on rigid and flexible isolators.
